Baby Jamie was reborn from a soft vinyl, unpainted doll kit named Lucinda sculpted by the talented artist Maribel Villanova  She will come with a   certificate of authenticity, she is a limited edition of 300.

She is made from soft vinyl and has 3/4 limbs  that have been weighted with very tiny glass beads and polyfill. Her head was also weighted using a sealed bag of very small glass beads and polyfill.

Her jointed doe-suede, high quality body has been weighted with enclosed glass beads and polyfill. She is very posable and can wear size 3 month  clothing. She is about 20'' long with bent legs and weighs about 5 lbs, 2ozs.

She has hand-painted hair that has been painted in many layers with genesis heat set paints.  
I gave her barley-there eyebrows and light brown wispy human hair eyelashes to match her hair. Her nails were painted baby pink,tipped with genesis paints and sealed with a water-proof protectorant gloss. Her lips were also painted in thin genesis layers and then glossed. Her nose was opened and backed with dark felt, then slightly glossed for a real ''alive'' breathing baby look.

Her head and limbs were painted with genesis permanent heat set paints, I am very pleased with her slightly textured looking, newborn skin-tone.
